Overview Table of Contents | Next Page Chariot Software's AIMS Preparation System is composed of two main components: The study and testing sessions available to the student (the Study/Testing component) The progress review and grading tools available to the teacher (the Administrative component) Each of these two components is accessed by browser software (such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer) over the Internet. Each component is availabe at a similar -- but slightly different -- Internet address. Different schools and school districts have different addresses for their entrance to the system. For example, one of the gateway addresses is http://AIMS.exittestprep.com. The specific address for students and teachers is a subset of this primary address (sort of like an apartment or suite address). For students, a /student is added to the primary address; for teachers, a /admin is address to the primary address. For example: Students: http://aims.exittestprep.com/student Teachers: http://aims.exittestprep.com/admin If you enter only the primary address, you will, by default, be redirected to the student address. Student login user names will not function at the Administrative login address and teacher (administrative) login user names will not function at the Student login address.
