Student Testing Center Activity Reports

If you want to see a report of the amount of time your students have spent using the Testing Center:

Click on the Student TC Activity link under the Reports heading.

How many records do you want to review? You can select all records or only those records that fall between two specified dates.

The data can be reported as either Student Detail or Campus Summary. First we will look at the Student Detail Report.

You can configure your report to include all exams the students have taken, or just a particular exam.

A. You can configure your report to include all your campuses (My Campuses Only), or you may select an individual campus.

B. Click on the Submit button to obtain your report.

The Student TC Activity Detail Report lists

  1. Student Name
  2. Exam
  3. The Total Number of Visits the student made to that exam (the number of attempts)
  4. The Total Duration (the length of time) that the student spent during all visits (cumulative) to that exam
  5. The Average Duration that the student spent for a single visit to that exam (Total Duration divided by Total Visits)

If you want to see the results that the student got on an exam, click on the student's name. In this example we are going to click on the name John Smith. That will take us to the Student Search Results page.

As mentioned above, the Testing Center Activity data can be reported as either Student Detail or Campus Summary. This time we will look at the Campus Summary Report.

B. Click on the Submit button to obtain your report

The Student TC Activity Summary Report lists

  1. Exam
  2. The Total Number of Attempts that have been made for that exam (the number of times that that exam has been completed)
  3. The Total Number of Visits the students made to that exam (a student may make several visits to an exam before submitting/completing it)
  4. The Number of Students who have visited this exam
  5. The Total Duration (the length of time) that the students spent during all visits (cumulative) to that exam
  6. The Average Duration that the students spent for a single visit to that exam (Total Duration divided by Total Visits)
